another, we guarantee that your model will look at least
95% alike. The reason we can't say 100% is because the
models are handmade, and there're always some barely
noticeable variations in all handmade products, and
the 5% difference could work in your favor. If not as
expected, we offer to refund 100% your money after
receiving the model back in good condition. Note that we
don't charge 25% restocking fee as others do (usually
said in a link near the bottom of their web sites.)

If you are
commissioning us to build a vessel that we have not
built before, we guarantee that your model will beat
those already made by the other commercial builders in
all three important aspects: accuracy, detail, and
artistry. You don't have to take our words for granted.
