A hopper
barge is a kind of non-mechanical ship or vessel that
cannot move around by itself, unlike some other types of
barges, that is designed to carry materials, like rocks,
sand, soil and rubbish, for dumping into the ocean, a
river or lake for land reclamation.
The hopper barge model below was commissioned by
Gunderson Marine LLC in Oregon, USA in 2018 to
serve as a special gift. Construction commenced
on
March 14
and ended 34 days later. It was one of our fastest
construction time. Several craftsmen worked
overtime in the last week to ensure the model was delivered
for the launch ceremony on April 21.
We

be reminded that we are willing to work overtime only for
