products meet and exceed your expectations and we take great pride in the models
that we make.
Therefore, if for any reason you are not
satisfied with any product, please contact us for a return authorization. If the
item is returned in its original condition and within two week of the date it
arrived at your place, you will receive a prompt replacement or a refund of the
model's price. Note that models which are returned are subject to only 15% for
restocking fee.
Note that for our one of a kind products,
special models, and custom construction, there are no returns.
